Inferno Hot Pilates Plus is a training system which combines Pilates principles, weights and resistance bands with high intensity interval training, performed in a 35 degrees heated room and 40% humidity. It is an intense training full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve over all health and well being. Limited space, pre-register online. Studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course. Use of showers and rental towels/mats are allowed. All courses begin on time. Es ist ein ganzheitliches Intensivtraining, welches entwickelt wurde, um Muskeln zu stärken, Flexibilität zu verbessern und um die allgemeine Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden zu verbessern. Alle Klassen beginnen pünktlich nach Zeitplan. Studio öffnet 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn. In unseren Studios ist nur eine begrenzte Kapazität erlaubt. Eine Voranmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, aber empfehlenswert. Benutzung von Duschen und Miethandtüchern/ Yogamatten ist erlaubt.
