Creative Acroyoga Flow with Anna & Alexis: whips & funky transitions

Anna from Spain is coming to Vienna to teach at the studio for a week. She is known for her impeccable technique and gymnastic background and loves breaking down movement for all levels of Acroyoga.

This is the final workshop of her stay. Together with Alexis she will share a 2 hour creative flow with different elements, such as tricky transitions, whips and h2h.

The workshop is multilevel with options to scale up and scale down certain movements to guarantee you find the appropriate amount of challenge and success :)

Pre-requisites for the workshop:

• Solid Side star
• Ninja star

Experience with whips will help you find more speed in transitions, but is not necessary.
