WHAT TO EXPECT: Rauhnacht customs, guided reflection, journaling, meditation, incense and smudging rituals, oracle cards, and mantra singing with the harmonium.

01 Reflect & Set Intentions: look back on the year with gratitude, name what you want to release and carry forward, and write twelve wishes for the year ahead.

02 Pause & Listen: a letter to your future self, an inner journey and a letting-go ritual.

03 Integrate & Begin Again: on the twelfth night, revisit your wishes, choose the qualities you want to cultivate and close with a smudging ritual.
