Held in the glow of the full moon, this class invites you to move through gentle aerial poses while being supported by the hammock, allowing your body to surrender and let go. Guided breathwork practices help clear stagnant energy and emotional blocks, and a grounding meditation seals in the release with intention and peace.

All levels are welcome—no prior aerial experience required. Step into this sacred space and allow the full moon to illuminate your path forward.
