As the seasons change, INTO AUTUMN is your invitation to pause, step out of your usual routine, put your phone away and reconnect with yourself through movement, creativity and connecting with our community. 

Join LIMBER × salzi.artclub for a cosy morning designed to help you slow down, reset and get back in touch with yourself.

We’ll begin with a dynamic asana practice with Kera, building up heat in the body, connecting to intuition and creativity in the form of movement.

Then, we’ll move from movement into making. Choose between watercolour or oil pastels and explore a more intuitive way of creating. Through a few simple prompts, you’ll pause and ask yourself: How am I feeling? What do I want more of this season? And what am I ready to leave behind? You can turn those thoughts into an abstract artwork, decorate a letter to your future self (with an envelope included), or create a bookmark to keep close as you settle into your autumn reading.
