Under the energy of the full moon, we invite you into a deeply nourishing experience of release, rest, and renewal.

This special class combines gentle Aerial Yoga with a Sound Healing journey using gong and singing bowls, allowing your body and nervous system to soften, reset, and realign.

Supported by the aerial hammock, you will be guided through slow, restorative movements and suspended postures that help release physical tension and emotional holding. The feeling of being held in the fabric creates a sense of safety, weightlessness, and deep letting go.

As the movement fades, you will be immersed in a soothing sound bath. The vibrations of the gong and singing bowls travel through the body, calming the mind, regulating the nervous system, and inviting a meditative state of inner stillness.
