Level 5: Advanced Acroyoga Course AUTUMN 2025

Welcome to Level 5! :)

This course series is designed for practitioners with an average of 2 years of experience (and/or comfortable with the pre-requisites below). Expect tricky flows and machines with dynamic elements, h2h and monos.

This 12-weeks Advanced Course on Thursday evenings is our highest-level series at the moment. If you are new to our course system, please get in touch to see if it is the right fit for you :) 

Your teachers: Clara & Alexis

We will continue our work of training and refining pops, icarians, h2h, extended f2h, whips and tricky moves like monos and goofy stuff for flows. We will share a mix of old favorites and the newest things we’ve learned. Yeah!

Please note that for this course you will need to have mastered the pre-requisites

Pre-requisites: In order to follow the class you should be familiar with at least 80% of the following pre-requisites. You should be able to do them as a base OR as a flyer, it can be with a spotter for mental support/extra safety, but the spotter is not helping to hold or enter the pose. Please reach out to us if you're unsure about your level:

• experience with pops (e.g. whale to chair, bat/star, bird to reverse star)
• pickpocket washing machine 
• icarian straight throws (bird, American chair)
• solid low and extended foot-to-hand
• ballerinas (regular and reverse)
• all 8 side stars (inside & outside, regular and reverse)
• confident reverse star, optional experience with monos

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at our studio: Loquaiplatz 11/1C, 1060 Wien.

You don't need a partner to join!

Classes will build on each other but depending on availability you can also join for a drop-in.

IMPORTANT:

Since Hannah & Alexis are expecting a baby, there will be a one week break in the middle of the series, where there will the option to train at the studio, but there will be no classes. The break depends on when exactly Hannah will give birth, sometime mid October-ish ;) So in total there are 13 weeks in the series, but you pay only for 12 classes!

Energy exchange:

12 weeks (Full Series): 270€

First or Second Half (6x): 145€

Drop-in 27 € for a single class

We believe lack of money should not keep you from doing the things you love. If you're struggling financially but really want to learn acroyoga, contact us and we will find a way so you can join.
